VAT, lease, discounts, and cancellation.

Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices are ex VAT, in line with UK B2B convention. Use the toggle at the top of this page to see indicative prices including VAT.
Can I lease the appliance instead of buying?
Yes. We work with UK finance partners for 24- or 36-month leases on Standard and Sovereign tiers. Monthly lease figures are shown on your quote.
Do you offer multi-site discounts?
Yes, from the third appliance onwards. The monthly LLM allowance can also be pooled across your estate.
Are there charity or education rates?
Yes. Registered UK charities and state-funded education establishments receive 20% off hardware. Contact us for the application form.
What is the cancellation policy on the monthly fee?
Cancel with 30 days' notice. The appliance keeps working — switch to bring-your-own keys or local-only models with no change to the hardware you own.
