Who we are
Trinito was founded after two decade working with UK MSPs and regulated SMBs — the same firms whose boards are asking for an AI policy while staff were already pasting client data into ChatGPT.
We are a small team, mostly in Oxford, with engineers in Edinburgh and Bristol. Backgrounds in security and on-prem infrastructure. We hire slowly and write our own software.
When you email us, you reach the people who build and support the product — not a script-reading SDR queue.
Why the UK
UK businesses sell to UK customers under UK law. We design for data residency, GDPR familiarity, and in-country support — hardware configured here, shipped from here, with UK people on the end of the phone of something goes wrong.
What we do not do
We do not train AI models. We do not sell your data. We do not run our own LLMs as a service. We make one product, in one country, for businesses that want to keep their information their own.
